It’s true that the first month of 2017 didn’t leave much, but those few were really important. The long-awaited new album by Pain of Salvation left us with a positive to excellent impression and the same goes for Hegaiamas: a Song for Freedom by Need who once again proved they belong in the international prog metal elite. January closed with the news of the death of one more prog rock giant. We will focus in the career of our beloved John Wetton in an extensive article in the near future.

O πρώτος μήνας του 2017 δεν μας άφησε πολλά είναι η αλήθεια, αλλά αυτά τα λίγα ήταν πολύ σημαντικά. Ο πολυαναμενόμενος νέος δίσκος των Pain of Salvation μας άφησε πολύ καλές έως εξαιρετικές εντυπώσεις και το ίδιο ισχύει για το Hegaiamas: a Song for Freedom των Need που απέδειξαν για άλλη μία φορά πως είναι μία από τις κορυφαίες prog metal μπάντες διεθνώς. Ο μήνας έκλεισε με την είδηση του θανάτου ενός ακόμα γίγαντα του προοδευτικού ήχου. Θα επανέλθουμε στην καριέρα του αγαπημένου μας John Wetton με ένα εκτενές αφιέρωμα λίαν συντόμως.
