Without stopping to take a breath, Bjørn Riis has completed his next release entitled Coming Home which will be available in February of 2018, a mere nine months after Forever Comes to an End. It will be a mini-album with five tracks, one of which a newly recorded semi-acoustic version of the title track from the debut album Lullabies in a Car Crash and he will also sing duet with the Norwegian singer Sichelle on Drowning. In his own words, the lyrics of the album “deal with the fear and insecurity of being forgotten by the people around you. You imagine all these dramatic scenes and wonder if you’ll ever be missed if something really was to happen”.

Once again, the cover of the album is a piece out of the collection “Sorrow” of the Norwegian photographer Kjetil Karlsen, just like on his previous release.

Pre-orders will be available early January through the website of Bjørn Riis on limited edition digisleeve CD, 180g vinyl and digital download.

Χωρίς να πάρει ανάσα, ο Bjørn Riis έχει έτοιμη την επόμενή του κυκλοφορία με τίτλο Coming Home η οποία θα είναι διαθέσιμη τον Φεβρουάριο του 2018, εννιά μόλις μήνες μετά το Forever Comes to an End. Θα είναι ένα mini-album με πέντε κομμάτια, ένα εκ των οπoίων θα είναι μια ημι-ακουστική έκδοση του ομώνυμου τραγουδιού από το πρώτο του album Lullabies in a Car Crash και επίσης θα κάνει ντουέτο με τη Νορβηγίδα τραγουδίστρια Sichelle στο Drowning. Σύμφωνα με τον ίδιο, η κυκλοφορία έχει αυτή να κάνει, σε στιχουργικό επίπεδο, “με τον φόβο και την ανασφάλεια να ξεχαστείς από τους ανθρώπους γύρω σου. Φαντάζεσαι όλες αυτές τις δραματικές σκηνές και αναρωτιέσαι αν θα λείψεις σε κανέναν αν όντως κάτι συμβεί”.

Το εξώφυλλο είναι και πάλι μια επιλογή από τη συλλογή “Sorrow” του Νορβηγού φωτογράφου Kjetil Karlsen, όπως και στην προηγούμενή του κυκλοφορία.

Η προπαραγγελία θα ξεκινήσει στις αρχές Ιανουαρίου από την ιστοσελίδα του Bjørn Riis και θα υπάρχουν επιλογές σε digisleeve CD, βινύλιο 180g και ψηφιακή μορφή.
