Opeth have unveiled a lyric video for the title track for their 12th album Sorceress, which will be released in September. Mikael Åkerfeldt revealed that the album was recorded within 12 days after he spent six months writing the material.

Åkerfeldt added: “It’s a fine little record – my favourite in our discography right now. It’s both fresh and old, both progressive and rehashed. Heavy and calm. Just the way we like it.”

Oι Opeth έδωσαν στη δημοσιότητα ένα lyric video για το ομώνυμο κομμάτι του 12ου album τους με τίτλο Sorceress, που θα κυκλοφορήσει τον επόμενο μήνα. Ο Mikael Åkerfeldt αποκάλυψε πως το album ηχογραφήθηκε μέσα σε 12 ημέρες, αφού ο ίδιος συνέθεσε το υλικό μέσα σε διάστημα έξι μηνών.

Ο Åkerfeldt πρόσθεσε: “Είναι ένας καλός δίσκος – ο αγαπημένος μου στη δισκογραφία μας αυτή τη στιγμή. Είναι φρέσκο και παλιό ταυτόχρονα, προοδευτικό αλλά και αναμασημένο, σκληρό και ήρεμο. Ακριβώς όπως μας αρέσει.”
